How We Operate

Step 1  

Submit a Request
As soon as your request is received, our team will evaluate your project, visit your home (if necessary), and be in touch with you for any questions.

Step 2  

Contractor Selection
We reach out to contractors within our network who fit your project well and provide him/her with your project details and contact information. We let you know who to expect a call from. (Emergency repairs are expedited and this step is abbreviated.)

Step 3  

The selected contractor will visit your home and provide a full quote of the project to be completed. If you are not completely satisfied with the quote, call us to have another contractor sent.

Step 4  

Work Completed
As soon as you say, “Go!”, our contractor gets to work to get the job done quickly and professionally. We follow up with you and the contractor throughout the project. We’re a phone call a way should you have questions.

Step 5  


Upon completion by the contractor, we review the project with you to ensure the job was completed to our high standards and to ensure your complete satisfaction.
